A practical baking workshop combined production skills, packaging and small-business learning.
What happened
Participants practised baking with volunteer instructors and discussed costing, packaging and introductory digital marketing. Baking equipment, ingredients and packaging materials were provided to support further practice.
Activity notes
Participants received workshop participation certificates, not accredited food-handler qualifications. Some mentoring followed the workshop, but its duration and commercial results are not confirmed.
