Ramadan outreach paired household groceries with prepared iftar meals for the surrounding community.
What happened
The community hall served as a packing and collection point for grocery care packs. Volunteers also made home deliveries for elderly residents and people with limited mobility. Recipients were selected with the residents’ association to prioritise households experiencing financial hardship.
Activity notes
Later in the day, the team distributed prepared iftar meals and drinking water to local workers, delivery riders and community members. The activity combined household support with ready-to-eat meals.
