What happened
The founding assembly brought the committee together to discuss the organisation’s constitution, agree responsibilities and plan its initial outreach. The team reviewed volunteer coordination, financial transparency and the identity that would support its community work.
Activity notes
The discussions shaped the organisation’s early priorities in food support, street welfare and community empowerment. True Hope was established in 2024.
